Welcome back. I’ve been very busy working on a new website with my wife and a couple friends recently and I am very excited to share it with you today. It’s called Windy Pinwheel.

Located at WindyPinwheel.com, this new website is a resource for parents in northern Nevada and the Sierras sharing activities suitable for families that are fun, educational, and most importantly cost effective. We already have a few posts up that cover topics from Lake Tahoe, local parks, Reno Aces baseball and the Great Reno Balloon Race.

With this site, we will post reviews, articles, and host a calendar of events of things happening in northern Nevada and the Sierra California region that families of all ages can attend.

We hope to monetize the site through the use of advertisement “ad zones” using the OIO Publisher plug-in. We have three spots available for ads and it’s integrated with PayPal and 2checkout payment options. In the future, we hope to have an option for paid reviews as well.
